Where is Soar Organics located?

Soar Organics is based out of North Vancouver, BC Canada.

Where can I buy Soar Organics products?

Where is your matcha sourced from?

Soar Organics matcha is sourced directly from the Uji, Kyoto and Kagoshima regions of Japan. These areas are known for producing the most premium quality matcha in the world. For more information on the origin of our matcha, click here.

Is your matcha certified organic?

Yes! Soar Organics matcha is COR (Canada Organic Regime) and JAS (Japanese Agricultural Organic Standard) certified. Our matcha is also gluten-free and contains no additives. Pure organic matcha green tea powder is the only ingredient in our matcha products.

Is your matcha USDA certified?

Canada and the United States established an Organic Equivalency Agreement in 2009. Because both country’s organic standards are so similar, Canada and the United States recognize the COR (Canada Organic Regime) and USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) organic seals as one and the same. All Soar Organics matcha is COR certified which means the USDA standards are also met.

What quality control measures are in place?

Does matcha contain caffeine?

Yes and caffeine content will vary slightly by grade.

  • Ceremonial Matcha: 35-40mg caffeine per 1g matcha
  • Everyday Matcha: 35-40mg caffeine per 1g matcha
  • Culinary Matcha: 18-20mg caffeine per 1g matcha

That being said, the caffeine found in matcha has a much slower release than a caffeine spike you might get from a typical cup of coffee. The caffeine in matcha forms bonds with its numerous nutrients, including the amino acid L-Theanine, to promote a clean, steady and calming boost of energy.

How should I prepare my matcha?

How should I store my matcha?

Keep your matcha tin and/or pouch sealed and refrigerated for maximum freshness. Matcha is best if consumed within 2 months after opening.

Where is your hojicha powder sourced from?

Our hojicha is sourced from the Kagoshima and Mie regions of Japan. For more information on orgin and blend, click here.

Is your hojicha powder certified organic?

How should I store my hojicha?

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

The unique code on your eGift Card can be entered at checkout.

How do I give an eGift Card to someone else?

Once you purchase an eGift Card you will be sent an email with a unique code and redemption details. You can simply forward this email to your recipient or you can print it out.

Can I use my eGift Card more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How do I check my eGift Card balance?

We can help with that! Contact us for balance inquiries.

Does my eGift Card expire?

No, our eGift Cards have no expiration date.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. We'll be adding more shipping destinations in the near future. If your country isn't listed and you're interested in ordering our products please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

In an effort to provide relief to our customers during COVID-19, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders to Canada and the US for a limited time. For our international customers, your shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that taxes & duties may be assessed by customs in your country. If applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Soar Organics has partnered with Canada Post and UPS to deliver your goods! A tracking number and/or shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

How long does shipping normally take?

Our standard shipping delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Canada: 1-6 business days
  • US: 3-7 business days
  • Australia: 5-9 business days
  • New Zealand: 5-9 business days
  • UK: 6-10 business days

Need your stuff faster? We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout to Canada and the US.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Notice to our US & International customers: For your convenience, our shop pricing is listed in your local currency (USD for example). At checkout, your cart total will be displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) as our shop is located in Canada. Thank you!

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders submitted before 12PM PST are dispatched the same day. Otherwise, they are dispatched on the next business day, Monday to Friday.

My order has not arrived. What can I do?

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery time frame you can contact us with your order number and we'll ensure that any delivery issues are quickly resolved.

Do you accept returns?

Yes! We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and confident with their purchase and that's why we offer a 30-day return policy for a refund or store credit of your product purchase amount.
